The site is located within the village of Rodington, approximately 10 miles from Shrewsbury. The 1.74-acre site comprised of arable farming land prior to the client successfully obtaining planning permission for 14 dwellings, which comprised 8 large family dwellings together with 6 semi-detached affordable dwellings.
Maith were appointed to coordinate the technical design development in co-ordination with the structural design and M&E strategies, and prepare a full set of construction drawings for the Contractor, while at the same time discharging all planning conditions.
